@Saif24 Thank you very much for bringing this up and for sharing with us the rationale behind it.
I passed your feedback and talked to our Level designers, and you were right.
In this case, the 3 stars score has to be changed. We will make some adjustments and very soon we will see them in the game (most likely this week).

This is still an issue, and has not been addressed or fixed. My phone crashed, and I had to start over on this game. I was trying to get 3 stars on all the levels, but it is impossible on level 68. If this is not addressed soon, I will delete the app and find a new game to play on my lunch break.
