For the past week or so, I have found it impossible to play the game online from my laptop using Google Chrome browser, the game start loading then the completely freezes with the loading screen and never start properly.......any ideas any one??

King.com is where I have been playing before, but now it just doesnt work!
Currently, King.com is also in HTML5 format.
Have you tried to refresh the website or use other web browsers?

@davidrichards27 Check you browser is up to date and clear your browser cache, log out and restart your device then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
Thanks for the advice - Chrome upto date! Cache Cleared!, Device restarted! Also tried using Microsoft Edge and had the same issue! Doh!🤔
@davidrichards27 If trying edge download and install the latest version from the web. I switched from chrome to this for same issue a while back, but now both work fine for me.

If you're still not done, follow the step below..
Reset the Google Chrome Web Browser to Default Settings
Check your game and let me know...
