Having problem getting my progress on a new device.

I'm on level 8540.So I bought new device and try to log my account to get my progress game but unfortunately I lost my boosters but my gold was there. The serious problem was I didn't get to level 8540 but rather somewhere 3500.Please how can I recover my level on the new device?

@colder Hi and welcome, If you still have the old device make sure you have signed out the game. Check you level 3500 on the map does this have stars on it and can you scroll up the map and see other completed levels.

Please note on mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself so these will not transfer to your new device, only levels and gold bars.
