Lost lives

I haven't been playing the game for about 3 weeks. I noticed that all of my lives are gone. Is anyone else have or had this problem!?!

Hey, do you mean the lives from message wall? (the lives that received by friends?)

Understood that your lives in your message box has disappeared. This seems like your game is not properly loaded or there is connectivity issues with the game server of Facebook.

For your information, there is something sticky going on in the Facebook message system these days so many players aren't able to send or receive any lives.

This is being looked into by the Game Team and Facebook, and hopefully get fixed shortly. We will post any updates or news about the issue on this thread.

Please check whether your app is of the latest version. If it's not latest, please update it and then refresh the app by restarting your device. After that, please log into the game and play a level. Go back to the map and check your mailbox and see whether there's any lives received.

Alternately, please disconnect the device from internet without exiting the game, wait for several seconds or at least a minute before reconnecting back to the internet. Play and check your mailbox again.

Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.

This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.
