Unlimited lives not showing up?

I’ve been back playing candy crush now for a couple weeks and I’ve noticed that when I get a timed unlimited lives it doesn’t show up, not once! I deleted the app and reinstalled it still nothing.

I also just noticed when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app even though I logged into my account I lost all my special candies I had earned and was saving to use when I was stuck. Not happy about that. 😡

I pm’ed Candy Crush on FB and received no answer, does anyone monitor that account and actually respond?

Make sure that Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Understood that your boosters went missing after reinstalling the app.

Regret to inform that boosters are stored in the device memory instead of the game server. Therefore, the boosters will disappear once the app is reinstalled. However, if you have purchased some of those boosters but yet to use them, please contact King's customer support by clicking on the "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page.

Further, timed boosters/lives will be activated once it has been claimed whether you're playing the game or not. Therefore, deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix the issue.

Please let us know if you need help with other issues in the game.

I hope the above link by Kiara must have helped you to understand how boosters work. Please try to avoid reinstallation in future unless there is no solution available.

Secondly can you please tell us that do you mean purchase of timed lives or you got any reward of timed lives. If it is a reward please let us see the screenshot so that we can better provide you the accurate info. about that. If you have purchased and not got your timed lives please contact our player support either directly from the settings of your game application or through this link.

It is rewards not purchased. Here is a screen shot of me beating the level, then a second shot of it not being applied.

@kimick73 Hi and welcome, The silver trophy the reward is 10% extra score and your lives refresh every 25 minutes instead of 30 minutes. There is no unlimited lives in master trophy feature. Gold and diamond offer one extra life
