Game freezes on daily bonus screen

Hi there 

I’m having issues loading my iPhone app. It starts, then gets stuck on the daily bonus. There no longer is an X in top right hand corner. I tried to delete and reinstall, I’ve restarted my phone and nothing. Please help

thank you for your response. I was able to reinstall without losing my progress.....phew !!

I just don’t have the app icon on my home page (not sure how to get that back LOL). It seems to be working for now

When you press the app on the device (android) with your finger, the comment 'add to start' should appear.

@Alinico Hi and welcome, have you clicked on the claim prize button in green, mine shows no x till i have claimed prize

Welcome to the King Community.

The Daily Calendar works as a pop-up and as soon as you claim the Reward you will return to the game map. The freezing problem was found during the old Calendar pop up, but if the new version has the same problem, we will report it to our team.
