Need help!!! Trying to help my 81 year old father get back his levels on Candy Crush Saga

@chad1 Since he has the levels saved already on his Facebook or King account, he will just need to log in to the account to retrieve the levels on his phone.

Otherwise he will have two different account and games on the devices and the levels won't be synced.

Hi Crazy Cat Lad and Sukanta,

Bit late following-up. My father kept on trying to create new account instead of logging in to his existing account. It took a while to get it through to him. Finally he got it. He was able to login with the same login/password he had on his tablet and get his game and levels on his phone. So, he is set now and he is so happy. He conveys his thanks to you all for your help and assistance. I also want to thank you all for helping me with this. Appreciate your efforts and time to get this resolved. He is happy that he has his levels back. Thanks so much.
