@garden1936 Hi and weclome, did you have your game saved with a King or Facebook account. All you should need to do is sign back into your game with your correct account details and this should restore your levels. Sometimes you need to play a level for it to sync correctly. If this does not work please follow advice from @kiara_wael on getting your levels manually restored

Can you confirm me again that you can't reinstall the game app or log in to the game?
