Lost episode race

Please help. I no longer receive the episode race. This is the fourth go around where it didnt start the race again. I see the airplane where it shows the episode is over but I dont have a race anymore. Four go-rounds with no gold bars and feel so lost. I previously won three in a row of 20 gold bars each but now it's all disappeared. Please help.

Did you update the latest version of this game and stable Internet Connection? 🤔

If yes but it's still not worked, how about you can log out your account first, then click on "Force Stop" (from Settings) of this game, then restart your device and wait least 1 minute and finally log in your account before start playing that I hope this helps too. 😉

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Oh dear I followed your advice and it didn't help and I lost chocolate box and the daily level treasure (not sure how it is exactly called) now too. Will have to do contact us.
