Can’t sync my candy crush game or Farm Heroes game with my new iPad

Hi, I’m having trouble getting back to my levels of CandyCrush Saga #4849

Farm Heroes#1466

when I try to bring my profile up (Barry Sue Tomkinson) it will not accept it, but will bring up (Barry Tomkinson) which was an original one but no longer used.

All I want is to have the games on my new iPad synced with my IPhone and computer

@Felecity19 Hi and welcome, We ask not to put your email in the post as this is your personnel information and could be open to abuse, you can edit out of post by going to cog wheel and edit

As for your issue sounds like you are using your old account log in details. If you can not remember you account details for your current progress you can only get your levels manually restored.

Hi there @Felecity19 and good day to you.

You may follow the following steps to move your game progress to the new iPad.

Use either a King profile or Facebook to easily switch between devices and access your game progress and Gold Bars wherever you play. Boosters and extra lives however, are always stored locally on the device you received them on, so they won't move across devices.

There is a King profile option in your settings menu. Look out for the 'Sign-up with email' prompt, and you can keep your social media separate from your gaming, but still benefit from thousands of other King players who can send you lives.  

• Open your game on the old device and choose the 'Sign up with email' option.
• Now choose an avatar and nickname. 
• Then (and don't skip this part!) enter your email address, choose a password and that's it – you now have a King account.
• Open the game on your new device, choose the 'Already have a King account/login with email' using the email address and password you just saved. Now you're good to go! 

 If you have a Facebook account simply follow these steps: 

• Open the game on your old device.
• Click on the blue Facebook Connect button.
• Make sure that you have Facebook active on your device and that you're linking to the right profile (worth bearing in mind, if you share your device with another Facebook user)
• Now open the game on your new device.
• Click on the blue Facebook Connect button, enter your Facebook detail(same as the one in your old device) and password and off you go!

Alternately, please back up/sync your apps in your old iPad in iTunes. After that, sync the app with your new iPad via iTunes and hope you'll get your levels restores in all games.
