I noticed some purchases by my 5-yr old daughter in total amount of $154.45 ($13.99, $10.99, $10.99, $8.49 and $109.99) for the Gold Bars.
I am wondering whether I could ask for the refund, since this purchase wasn't approved by me and there was a no-authorization before she placed the orders (no password or finger prints required). Thank you.

You can Customer Care in your game to ask them about this,then they will sent you an e-mail to the mail account you offer.After you receive their mail,just follow what they say.

Please try to contact customer support as directed above as they can advise you correctly., but think due to the fact the purchases have been made on your device you may need to contact who ever you made payment with ie microsoft store, google play etc. To see if they can help you with this issue
I would also suggest that you add a password to you payment account that is not stored or something to prevent this happening in the future
