If you play via Facebook, check whether your game is on the active list in Facebook under Settings / Apps and websites.

Check if an add blocker is installed in the browser.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

And it’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.

First check to see if you have a strong internet connection. As a lot of us are at home our wifi gets slow.

Second - Check for game updates

Please do not uninstall the game as you may lose boosters that are stored in your computer
