Why can I not participate in the races since Christmas time?

Around Christmas, it asked me to sign in again. I had around 300 gold bars from winning the races (you were giving away 20 to the winners and I was on a roll) . When I did, it took away all my gold bars AND will not let me enter the races anymore. When I reach the starting line, the other 4 (always the same group) are already finished. It has happened at least 10 races in a row. I have even finished a race in one day and still they were already done when I started the next one. Why is this happening.

@JCihak Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game is up to date, clear the cache from your app store or browser entirely and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

The community can not deal with gold bar issues. for this you would need to contact customer support from your game

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Be sure to contact King Support. It's not OK. I usually only get one race, out of 3 races on Wednesday. But at least there is the gold for it.
