I have been playing this on FB for years. Since I have shut FB down, How can I recover my progress?

@murphdo Hello and welcome, you need to create a new King or Facebook account and get the Game ID from this to contact customer support to get your levels restored. Without a new game ID you will not be able to get any levels restored.

Since you were playing the game on Facebook, your game progress is stored on Facebook. You can deactivate or turn off Facebook if you want, but in case you need to sync your game progress with Kingdom because you can play the game through Kingdom in addition to Facebook, keeping your original game progress safe.

However, if Facebook is inactive or blocked for any reason (If there is no way to reactivate your Facebook) then you have completely lost your game progress, in which case you need to follow the steps above that you have already received from our friend @FlaringCrystal120.
