Losing my progress same as not being able to sign in?

I actually have 2 problems. On transfer to my new device my game was set back to level 1. It happened again today CCFriends reset to level 1 after asking me to agree to new terms? I’m not sure that is related to my connection issue, is it?

As I told you before, one post is enough for the same problem 😌

If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. 

If you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress will be completely lost.
