Alphabetty does not show freinds top score after level 608
the top friends score does not seem to be working correctly. I do not have any top friends scores after level 608. On this level, I have 8 friends. On other levels, the number of friends varies. For example on level 598 I only have 5. How can I have 5 on level 598 and more at a higher level and then none one more level higher

this problem showed up in November 2020 and was "fixed" in December
unfortunately, it reappeared December 17 2020
I have been told the studio is aware of the problem ... but have no other details ... sorry

actually, this symptom has been there for almost a year on ABS
I have 25 friends who have completed every level, but only see 18(the number can vary)

note: a similar thing appears on Farm Heroes ... the number of friends can be 8 9 or 10
can you contact someone about Farm Heroes?

Hello Abe!
This also counts for Candy Crush. I passed a lot of bugs on to Lola_pop. She takes care of it. Strange things are happening here more and more.

I play Alphabetty Saga on my mobile and I don't see the ranking of my friends in the game or my friends, why? here is recent history on this problem
early November 2020 the problem appeared ... late November the problem went away
December 17 2020 the problem reappeared ... and is still here
a quote from the Studio:on Feb 18 2021
"They are still working on the issue in AlphaBetty and I have no time frame when the fix and update will be released I'm afraid".
