I created a King account.
I played with it a while, 190 levels or so, without using boosters.
Or rather, I think I used a coconut wheel once.
I had a lot of boosters because I watched commercials and won contests. I don't have the exact numbers, but the pictures will give an indication
Then I merged my King account with a Facebook account.
I lost everything except the gold bars.
Is there any way to get it back? Not likely :)
Let this be a cautionary tale for you.
Do no merge anything while you have any boosters in any account.
Hello and welcome, in the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
However, you need to contact our player support to get the purchased boosters back.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email, or click the link below:
