@primesagar Hi and welcome, please check your game and device are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. log out and restart your device and then log back in, ensuring the correct details, as you may have become disconnected from the server
If this does not work as the community can not deal with gold bar issues you would need to contact customer support
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Gold bars are saved in the game servers and it's unusual that it went missing suddenly. Please counter check that you didn't share your game with another person who may accidentally use it to purchase boosters. Also, please click on your profile and see whether there has been an increase in your boosters' inventory level that is indicated with a blinking stars on top of the boosters.
If none of the above, please follow the troubleshooting steps recommended by our Mr Freddy. Alternately, you may disconnect your device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for a minute or less, then reconnect your device with the internet. Play a level and then check back your gold.
