Level 4427 the game freezes and knocks me out

On level 4427 the game freezes and knocks me out of Candy Crush Saga completly. This seems to happen if there is a lot of explosions at once. I have even tried at the start of the game to launch a saucer booster and it immediately froze and knocked me out. Please help!

    @jfkerri Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. Also check you have a minimum of 2gb of free storage space. Log out and restart your device. then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

    @jfkerri Hello, which device do you use. I try this level on Win 10 and FB running on Laptop and don't have this issue.

    Check your free space on the device. The games are becoming more and more complex and the graphics more extensive. Try to clean up the memory,

    n level 4427 the game freezes and knocks me out of candy crush completely if there is explosions on the bottom left cubicle.

    I have cleared my cache from my browser and I have 2.7GB available on my kindle. I have also cleared all cookies and history.

    Even when I open the game at level 4427 and use one of my saucer boosters right away the saucer never appears but I loose that booster.

    It seems like its the bottom row of the left side that always knocks me out. I can combine two special candies on the top cubicle and they work just fine.

    Any further help would be appreciated.

    @jfkerri Hi Again, If all the troubleshooting tips have not helped you will need to contact customer support to see if they can help with your issue as it seems this is a device specific thing.

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this


    You will get an automated reply but please respond to it with help needed and you should get a response back from them usually in around 3 days
