Why does my boyfriend who plays the same game as me get options for extra moves and bonuses?

He started playing on his own when we used to play together, he gets video options for extra moves and all kinds of other bonus stuff when I never get those he is less than 50 levels behind me, what kind of bs is that? If you gave me the option to watch a video and get extra moves I would do that no problem. Everyone who plays should be entitled to the same extra moves and bonuses.

I have to agree with Flaringcrystal and Kiara_wael and usually, not all players are given the same and equal features/challenges/events in the game because of the reason highlighted in bold in the article extracted from the Help Center.

Thus, don't be disappointed and continue playing. In times to come, you may have new events that your boyfriend may not have. 🤗🤗😊

Whenever we create a new feature, we always like to test it with a small group of players first, to make sure that they like it as much as we do. To do this we always have a randomly selected group of players test the feature and, based on their feedback, decide whether it's something we want to roll out to all our players or not.

Once the testing has taken place, we'll roll it out so more people can play it. However, due to the huge community of our players whom we love, we sometimes have to split it up to make it manageable and accessible. Millions of players in an event at any time is a lot of work, so we split it up into groups so we can keep it running and you have a better chance of accessing it.

Keep an eye out for the latest updates to the game to ensure you benefit from all the new levels and features that we release on a regular basis."

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Hello and welcome, currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this.

If you not received ad that mean you are now not under the testing group.
