I have an iPhone 12 Pro, since an update 2 weeks ago I haven’t been able to open the app.

When I select the candy crush saga app, At acts like it is opening but it never does and just hangs. I’ve deleted the app and tried reloading it again, restarted my phone, I have plenty of memory on my phone. Has anyone else experienced this issue and does anyone have any resolution? Thank you.

@lizardlady16 Hi and welcome, There is currently an issue with the latest iphone ipads and the game not loading. This is being investigated at the moment , but we have no time frame on a fix for the issue at present
A quick fix is to reinstall the app but in doing this you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
