why does level 3191 keep freezing up?

Every time I get close to the "launcher" at the bottom of this level, the game will freeze and cut off. Therefore, I cannot get pass this level. I have tried "rebooting" my Kindle and re-connecting my WiFi. Nothing works. Please help!

@muttidanter Hi and welcome, There is currently an issue with the older kindle devices that causes the game to crash when a UFO is launched. This is under investigation and they are hoping to have a fix for this within the next 2 weeks

Currently, many players older kindle devices has been experiencing a glitch: The game crashes when you launch the UFO element. The issue is known and now has been reported, and it will be fixed soon. All you can do at present is to be patient. It is helpful if you occasionally check your app update, and then log out of your game. Restart your kindle device, and then reopen game and log back in. However, this might not work for the first few times, until the issue is solved. You probably won't experience the problem until an update.
