@cjsciacca Hi and welcome, Sorry to her this has happened to you, but in the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself, so if you device or game crashes , you uninstall or even change device your boosters can be lost / not transferable.
If you had any unused purchased boosters you can contact customer support and they should help you with these
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hello and welcome, in the case of Android and I-Phone, your collected booster is stored in a specific location in the device memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process. You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing. And the boosters are not refundable.
Perhaps you had app crash when updating app. If you did not, please note that boosters are not protected on android or iPhone. If you have any problems with the device ie app crashing, app corrupted or app uninstalling, you will lose the boosters completely. Boosters on these platforms are not synced to the server so you will not get them back.
For any purchased boosters, please contact Player Support for a refund.
