Game not loading on iOS

Candy Crush stopped working on my phone today.
iOS is updated (14.4), 12pro, app is updated, plenty of free space (over 200 GB)
phone has been restarted, no other apps running.
it worked fine yesterday. It is not working today.
suggestions?
(I already tried contacting support and the suggestions link that came back are all things I had already done)

@veggiepoodle Hi and welcome, If the tips above do not help with your issue , pleas enote there is also an issue at the moment on the newer iphones preventing the game loading. This is being investigated at present, but we have no time frame on a fix.
A quick fix is to uninstall but in doing this you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
