Unable to recover previous game levels can someone help please

I have a new Iphone 12 and tried to bring across my game from a Samsung. Didnt happen and have had to hand old phone back to provider so cannot re-try
The phone shop advised that if I downloaded the app to my Iphone it should just come over, unfortunately that is not the case. I have had to log in and re-set password but it has taken me back to level 1 and 2. Been playing this game since inception will be so sad to loose it. Any help from anyone appreciated.

If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. If you saved your game through an account but your game progress has returned to level 1, here are some troubleshooting steps you have to follow.
If you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress will be completely lost.
However, even if you lose the game progress completely, we have a way to get your game progress back.
That means your game progress can be set manually so let me know if you want it.

If you are already logged into your new device with the same account you used, play a level and log out. When they re-enter they should be there. If they still don't appear, please read
