Tried to continue game by paying for additional moves. Didn’t work and lost 15 bars

I was on level 7 Rachel Racoon Macaroon challenge
I paid 10 for extra moves to continue the game becauseI didn’t quite make it. Still didn’t make it, so I paid 15 more for a power up extra moves.
Not only did I pay 15 and not get my extra moves, It said I got power ups, like in a bonus gift, and it ended the game
When I started over again, there were no extra power ups.
I just spent 29.00 on a giant bonus pack, and I’m disappointed. Can I get those gold bars back please to the email on this account?

Transactions are usually delivered instantly, but occasionally, it might take a bit longer. When there is a delay, the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same item again - it should arrive soon.
In the meantime please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or King.com
- Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data
- Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase
After you do this, there is a good chance that you got your purchase through and complete.
If this does not work you need to contact Player Support.
Remember to use the email address associated with your Facebook or King account when filling the contact details so Player Support can locate you faster. You will need your Game ID for this.Here's how to find your Game ID.
- Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu. You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map.
- Select the 'My Profile' button.
- On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above, and this should reveal your Game ID.
