Why will candy crush app not load?

I have candy crush on my iphone (yes app is up to date) and it keeps getting stuck on the loading screen So I had to delete the app and re-download it again. When I log back in I’m still on the same level but I’ve lost all my boosters (I had about 100 of each). It wouldn’t be a big deal if it had happened once, but this is the 3rd or 4th time it’s happened in a two week span. If the boosters numbers were saved this wouldn’t bother me so much.

@allieishere4 Hi and welcome, As explained above there is an issue with iphone loading the game at the moment and while it is being investigated the only quick fix is to reinstall. Unfortunately the boosters on mobile devices are stored on the device itself so uninstalling you will lose any stored boosters. Customer support should help you with any unused purchased boosters
