Many of game messages are being sent every day across the games all around the world. Some of these may get stuck in the system and arrive with a delay, doesn’t reach certain devices or platforms, or simply, do not arrive at all.
It’s always worth resending the request or life and hopefully the lives will get through eventually and reach your game.
If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the game has access to your Facebook friends list since this permission will automatically expire from time to time. If the game hasn't the access all lives will stay blocked.
Make also sure that the game is updated to the latest version if you play on a mobile device.
@LauraWeigel Hi and welcome, Not sure on this but there maybe an issue with facebook and it resetting some levels back to level 1. Think this is being looked into at present. You may get a game moderator confirm this or not.
Check you device and game is up to date, clear the cache from your app store or browser and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

You have already received completely accurate information. There may be some problems with your game progress at the moment due to Facebook issues, meaning you will go back level 1 even though you are logged in to the game. You will not be disappointed because even if the game progress is invisible during the problem, your game progress is safe and you will get back the game progress once the Facebook problem is solved.
This is a temporary Facebook issue and work is underway to resolve this issue, but we have no clear information on when this issue will be resolved.
However, you can try to get back the game progress by logging out and logging in from time to time also we will let you know as soon as we receive any information.
