My game went back to level 1

I was playing on my I pad and all of a sudden my level went back to level 1. I was on level 1904. I started playing it thinking I was on the weather mountain but when I reached level 17 I knew something was wrong. I deleted the app and re installed it and when I was asked if I wanted to restore my levels I answered yes but it only went back to level 17, However on my laptop playing in Facebook it is on the correct level. How do I get my app on my I pad to sync with my laptop on Facebook. Please reply o email ****

@Debutant10 Hi and welcome, if you still have you levels on one device then this will be a connection issue on the other.

Try deleting the app again and then restart your device and log in making sure the details are the same as the device you have your levels on and this should sync your progress.

Also i would suggest editing your email out of your post, use cog wheel in top corner. As this is your personnel information and could be open to abuse
