lost my game progress

I already connect my game with my Facebook account and I was playing the game just fine and the next day I try to play and found myself on level 1 , I tried to reconnect again with no success

Close the app looking for the update and update your game and clear the cache. Start anew. Please play a level and finish it, then clear the cache again.

Thus the game updates automatically.

@YasserAjam Hi and welcome, there is currently an issue with facebook that has caused some poeples games to go to level 1. This is being investigated and hopefully a fix will be found soon. If your game was saved with a King or Facebook account your game should be safe
