I got demoted in the community!!

I surprisingly got a notification today telling me that I just reached level 2 in the community. The thing is I was already on level 3 for a while now!! I checked my account and it still shows that I've written almost 90 messages so I have no idea why this glitch happened! Can one of the mods please fix it?

It happened to me too. I was Level 4 and now I receive this message "Congratulation! You've been promoted to level 3" . I did not know that going between 4 to 3 is a promotion.

Thank you for your quick answer @Pounawea! 😌 This certainly explains things! I have to say though that I'm not very happy with the change! 😕 I think I preferred how you counted points before!

Hey up @arwen777 if you check @Pounawea post your demotion has already been explained. Level 3 now requires 100 points and 50 posts. I guess as you only have 57 points this explains your demotion.

It's rare why I got demoted. One time when I log in before the moderators' introduction I was promoted to Farm Super Saga moderator. The next day, I was back on level 3. I was in the 200s posts by this time.
