All of a sudden I'm also unable to load in Candy Crush on iphone 8. IOS and app are updated, restarted phone many times and the King screen pops up, goes to the next, and then back to the home page.
I've been playing for many years and am pretty sure I set up an account as I have a user name and an avatar but I have no idea which email I might have used to set up my account. Is there a way to trace that back from my user name? I'm over level 8,000 and definitely don't want to go back to square 1! Thanks for any help.
