Hello @Redrokker1 at the top of this board is a handy post that contains a lot if information for newcomers to the site. In there it says this about your Avatar

Update your avatar

Go to your profile and hover the mouse on your avatar. You will then be able to click "Change picture" and choose or upload an avatar.

Sorry about all the repeat posts, but when I first posted my reply I did not notice the tiny "your post will appear after being approved' message. This meant that when my message did not appear I just kept pressing the Reply button. This accidentally led to loads of the same reply being posted after they have all been approved.
