Hi,
how is it that candy has so many versions of the game ? When I update I never have the one with the watch videos options and you win boosters ? Or you watch a video and you have extra life ,and so many other fun things
Can you hook me ou to this one?
my version now is 1.197.11

@Danielle_Boucher Hi and welcome, The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
I play multi device 3 devices and i have never had Ads in over 7 years of playing

Currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this.
If you not received ad that mean you are now not under the testing group.

The game version may vary according to the device and some differences can be found between the old version and the latest version. The game is always in the process of being improved and the changes are made effective with the latest update.
Moreover every feature of the game is controlled by the test group and the control is in a completely random process which cannot be modified or managed.
We're very sorry because you lost the ad viewing feature after updating the game app, but not that you lost the feature forever. Since it is a random process you can find it again in your game at any time although it is not possible to say for sure when you will find it and you can find out more about this HERE.
