@danicandy Hi and welcome, This is a graphics glitch in the feature that nromally happens if someone in the team leaves, but if you add your scores they do not come to 7000. In this case the scores are counted in the background and when your team reaches 7000 if in the allotted time your rewards should be awarded

Your points will be counted in the background. Once you actually reach 7000 points you will get the prize.
