Fewer Events

I’ve noticed lately that fewer events are on offer, and fewer opportunities to play ads for a bonus. Is this a deliberate trend?

I recently changed my King account from Facebook to Apple to save, and have been reclassified as a newbie. Is that a coincidence?

@dennisinoz Hi and welcome, Firstly apple ID log in is a new thing and is totally different to a king or facebook account. should not make a difference to your features but can cause other issues if you lose your progress etc.

For your features all you can do is make sure you keep your game and device up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser and restart your device regularly to make sure your game is running as smooth as possible. Hopefully some features will then return to you, but as with all features they are given to groups of randomly selected people, so you may not be in those groups for certain features.

Hello and welcome, the events belong to the test group, they are not guaranteed to be in your game all times, or are missing due to temporary issues. It is important to check app update - log out game - restart device - open game and log in occasionally. You will soon get your events back. Thank you.

Thank you. There are several things in this site that encourage users to upgrade from newbies. I was higher than that before I changed my account details. Does this downgrading have any effect on game play? If so, can you upgrade me please?
