Thi week 03/17/21 I being having some issues I couldn't get my get the rewards when I fill my chocolate box it not let me claim then after I play couple leves decide to climb the beantalk I won couple things a coconut wheel and a 30 minute of striped candy booster and color bomb but when I claim and went back to the game only the color bomb appear and today I play again and the same thing happen this time I took a photo to show what im taking about is anyone having the same problems ?? plus I pay for my full pig and never load my bars 😣😣😣
Hello and welcome, please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. Log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue.
If you have not received your Gold Bars after purchase, please contact Player Support.
@Pcakes Hi and welcome, I have not seen any issues regarding the chocolate box and only one post regarding the lucky beans feature but that just popped up the bubblegum troll and they lost without playing.
Other than this not any major issues this week. but would follow the instructions above on the standard troubleshooting tips.
Also the community can not deal with purchase issues
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
