I passed Level 4412 and used quite a few boosters to do so, along with spending 10 gold bars to continue play near the end with 5 more turns. It showed I passed, but then when it went back to the map, I was still on Level 4412. I’m upset because of the boosters and gold bars I used to pass it are now gone, yet I didn’t advance a level. What can be done about this?
@briannefrazier Hi and welcome, This can happen now and again and you need to make sure that the sars for the level show on the final screen before exiting the game as it will not sync to the server correctly.
As you have made a purchase you can contact customer support regarding this and they may help with your boosters but normally they only replace purchased boosters and not free boosters, so if they did it would be a goodwill gesture
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hello and welcome, this occasionally does happen, and there is nothing you can do except to get your gold back by contacting customer support.
Here's how to find your Game ID.
Please note that exiting the app or closing your browser/tab before the "Level Completed" screen displaying Tiffi will lose you the level.
