I had to reinstall Candy Crush after it failed to update after a week despite logging in and out and restarting my phone. I lost ALL MY BOOSTERS! Help

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

Hello and welcome, when you uninstall the app you will lose all your boosters. You can can get your purchased boosters back by contacting Player Support.

Here's how to find your Game ID.

1. Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu. You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map.
2. Select the 'My Profile' button.
3. On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above, and this should reveal your Game ID.
