Not 100% sure but i think Weekly race rewards have been changed. I also didnt get it but last time i got it tuesday or wednesday. So please wait and keep your game upto date and if you dont get it upto wednesday contact our player support either directly from the settings of your game application or through this link.

Weekly races have different parts and you will not get rewards from each part. Can you show me a screenshot of which part you completed?
