There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this
@madcod89 I have not been recieving my lives from friends or gifts.
In case you aren't finding the deluge of links provided that helpful please note that simply put your issue could be caused by one of a few long running issues with Facebook.
A new feature called Candy Connections was introduced and for a lot of people this feature resulted in the players bring unable to see their friends, or send them lives.
Back in Oct 2020 a Facebook update resulted in players being unable to receive and send lives. Back in Oct the powers that be said that the issue was being investigated. But here we are in Mar...
All you can really do for now is log in and out of your game, make sure your App is up to date, and try clearing the App cache. After that all you can then do is wait and hope.
