I am trying to log in to my KIng account to retrieve progress I made but it says there is a connection error? I checked my internet connection and restarted my device. Is there anything else I should try?

The main reason for the problem you are facing, in most cases, is slow internet. In that case you should check your internet source and if necessary connect to another internet source to see if your problem is solved. If there is no problem with your internet source, refresh the page. Also, please check the device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your browser entirely, log out and restart the device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.

his could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

i have the app on my laptop. how would i fix that?
@ari_ophelia Hi again, If you have the connection error please try again in a bit. The only fix for this at present is to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Do you loose your progress with the game? I am faced with the same error: "There was a connection error. Try again in a bit."

If you have already saved your game with your facebook or King account then you will not lose your progress or goldbars but your boosters and stored lives will be lost.
