App will not open

Hi

my app on my phone won’t open, I can still play via my iPad but on my phone it just says loading and then won’t go any further- I have the Apple iPhone 12 Pro plus

There is currently an issue for some with iphones/ipads and the game not loading. please see post below, The only fix at present is to uninstall and reinstall the app but in doing this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES

Hello and welcome, there is currently an issue on IPhones that is under investigation. Sometimes uninstalling and reinstall the app (as stated in the first post) will not work. It is better to wait for an update on this. Thank you.
