I cannot send or receive lives
A couple weeks ago cc asked me to choose friends I didn’t read it and just clicked on ones which I didn’t really care to much about but I lost the ones I didn’t click on I cannot send or receive lives from them, I cannot see them on the map I made a group of the fantastic 5 with them but I can’t do anything beside see how many points they get on the f 5 please help I’ve been trying to get them back I deleted cc and fb redid both I went to fb settings took cc off and I also tried to unfriend my friends and add them back what else can I do p.s I contacted king via email plenty of times about this situation and there is still no peep to be heard

Hello and welcome, do you have the new candy connections feature as friends have gone missing for a few people and due to an issue with Facebook the feature is not working correctly at present. This is being investigated and hopefully when fixed you should be able to get your friends back in the game.

For missing few friends have new feature Candy connections that @FlaringCrystal120 @kiara_wael has linked to you above. Unfortunately at the moment the feature is not working correctly due to a Facebook issue which they are working on

There are a lot of people in the same situation as you and unfortunately until the feature is up and running correctly there is not much that can be done at present. All we can do is be patient and hopefully the feature linked above will have the issues resolved soon and you will then be able to start adding you friends back and start sending and receiving lives again.
This does happen with new features when they are added to the game, but hopefully the game studio will resolve the issue soon
