Issue with no. of moves after winning

I’ve noticed an issue. If I win two levels in a row, gaining crowns and boosters, the next level starts with a significantly lower number of moves than it should.

for example, I passed levels 7689 and 7690 on the first try and gained the boosters. When I started level 7691 it only had 18 moves!! When I lost and started again the level had 34 moves!!

This is surely not right. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah, if you can record playing you will see candies that should turn into stripes or wrapped will just disappear. I sent multiple emails to them about the "problems" in the game. I have got no response yet.

@Toppers07 it’s a known issue that is affecting some players, including me. I think they are trying to figure out why.

We have received some more reports of such problems and I suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps below right now.

Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.

Let me know if you encounter the same problem after following the steps above and then I will report it to my team.
