Potential game glitch?

Level 1

I’ve looked around and didn’t find anyone reporting this yet, but every time I win a level and win a booster, on the next level I play I get less moves than normal. So for example, I win level 8428 and win a booster, then when I get to play level 8429 I get the booster but I only have 17 moves to complete the level. I lose, obviously, and when I play again I get 31 moves. Has anyone else experienced this?

    It definitely sounds like a glitch! 😟 Mods usually suggest the following in these type of situations:

    Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. Hope this helps!

    @player1180 there are a few discussion threads about this. It’s happening to a number of players including me.

    It could be a glitch that they’re trying to figure out, or maybe it’s some new test feature. Hasn’t really been a clear answer about it yet.

    Please note that the studio is tweaking and updating many levels at the moment. Therefore the versions can be different on different devices until all platforms are updated. More information about this can be found in the post below.

    @player1180 Hi and welcome, Yes there are others like you and this is supposedly happening to a test group of players. where the first level you play has less moves but when you lose it then gives you the right amount of moves. Some people are experiencing this and its not given them the correct moves after the first loss and stays at the lower moves.

    We can get no further information on this other than officially the studio are running some test features with different groups to enhance the gaming experience

    @Kazza-3 Hi, not got time at moment to find post but there is a post on here someone got back from customer support basically saying there are some test groups at present, testing some different things in the game. another one is some people are getting the levels but some levels switched around so my level say 1456 might be there 1460. Strange i know but this is all i know. As i am nothing to do with the game studio and just happening out i do not think i can say officially

    OK thanks @Freddy_ , I know you’re a helpful source of wisdom here but not part of King.

    I’m also finding levels being switched around, although that’s not nearly as bothersome as starting a level with half the moves it should have.

    @Kazza-3 Totally agree and for me does not make sense but there are higher powers than me that decide these things

    Welcome to the friendly King Community.

    Some levels are being tweaking right now and that's why you're getting different moves on the same level on different device also we got very few moves on the first try of a level and got the right move on the next try. This is a temporary issue and you will not find such issues once these changes are updated on each platform.
