Purchased package problem

Hello, I bought a “hard level pack” for level 3368 which was supposed to include a lollipop ha,mercy’s I was down to exactly 1 jelly. The hammer did not appear until after I ended the level. So the money was wasted as the other boosts only lasted 15 min. How can I get compensated for this? My expectation was that I’d instantly receive the hammer.
