And again I get 15 moves less than the same level played at YouTube!!!

Why is that? This is very demotivating, and takes away the fun in playing Candy Crush.

Is there anybody who can tell me why this is?

This is not an one time off, but regularly!!!!

The reduction in moves for all the newly released levels happens the week after they are released. This is done regardless of whether or not the level requires the reduction. It is also done without adequate troubleshooting of the change. This leads to constant issues where people see that they are getting 15-20 moves less than they see online, and issues with the levels being impossible to complete.

As for the why of this, well that isn't that clear. The level designer's will tell you that it is for the betterment of the game and your experience of the game. Wouldn't want the levels to be too easy, apparently!

Yes decreased moved with 33 moves . They are tweaking and updating many levels at the moment. Some levels to harder and other to more easier. Therefore the versions can be different on different devices until all platforms are updated.
