why am I not getting free spins or free bonus in the beginning?

Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible. for more info here

Buying a package will not affect your bonus features. All the features in the game are test features so you are not always guaranteed to have them in your game. They are given to groups of randomly selected people. So this could just mean your not in them groups at present but could be again in the future. They can also be missing due to temporary issues

All you can do to make sure you are getting the features available to you. Is check your device and game are up to date and log and restart your device regularly
