The problem you are having is a server issue and please try again in a few hours and I hope this temporary problem will be fixed. The problem is not happening in everyone and slow internet is not the cause of this problem, because the same problem is happening in my case.

Please check you browser is up to date and log out and clear your browser cache entirely. Restart your device and then try logging back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not try checking on another browser to see if you get the same result
Also check you Facebook app settings and see if all the game settings are enabled

checked the browser. it is up to date.
not working on PC. doesnot work on chrome or mozilla
do not play on phone
